Touch For Earth Foundation values the generosity and trust of every donor. Donations received are utilised to support environmental conservation, tree plantation drives, animal rescue initiatives, Gau Mata welfare programmes, and various charitable activities.
As donations are used to plan and execute charitable projects, we generally do not offer refunds once a donation has been successfully processed.
Donors are encouraged to carefully review donation details before completing any transaction.
Once a donation has been processed and payment has been successfully received, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
As a general rule, donations made to Touch For Earth Foundation are non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:
• Duplicate donation due to technical error
• Incorrect donation amount resulting from a payment processing issue
• Unauthorised transaction reported by the donor
• Other genuine cases reviewed and approved by the Foundation
If you believe your donation qualifies for a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must submit a written request within 7 days of the transaction date.
The request should include:
• Donor Name
• Contact Number
• Email Address
• Transaction Reference Number
• Donation Amount
• Date of Donation
• Reason for Refund Request

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Touch For Earth Foundation reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request after evaluating the circumstances and supporting information provided.
The decision of the Foundation shall be final.
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the donation.
The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the donor’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
Touch For Earth Foundation reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with the purpose of charitable giving.
